摘要
为了解决混凝土外部养护存在的问题,对高吸水聚合物在混凝土中的养护作用开展了试验研究,探讨了不同粒径高吸水聚合物的吸水和释水规律,研究了不同掺量、粒径、吸水倍率的高吸水聚合物对混凝土的坍落度和抗压强度的影响。结果表明:高吸水聚合物吸水较快且保水性能较好,在混凝土中掺入适当掺量、适当吸水倍率的高吸水聚合物能够改善混凝土的施工性能,并能使长龄期自然养护下混凝土的抗压强度达到标准养护的效果,但28 d以内龄期的混凝土抗压强度比标准养护时有所降低。
In order to solve the problem of external concrete maintenance, an experimental study was conducted in terms of the fimction of super absorbent polymer in concrete.It discussed the law of super absorbent polymer's absorbent and releasing in different particle sizes, and also studied the different mixing amount,particle size,absorption rate of super absorbent polymer on the slump and compressive strength of concrete.The result shows that super absorbent polymer has a good performance in water absorbing and retention.The workability of concrete can be improved when the concrete is mixed with super absorbent polymer which is in an appropriate amount and absorbing rate.It can also make the compressive strength of long age under natural curing condition meet the requirement of standard curing effect.However,the compressive strength of concrete under natural condition is lower than that under the standard curing when the concrete age is less than 28 days.
