摘要
以癸二胺、间苯二甲酸、11-氨基十一酸为单体,采用熔融缩聚一步法合成了透明间苯二甲酰癸二胺-氨基十一酸共聚酰胺(PA10I/11)。拉伸性能和冲击性能测试结果表明,11-氨基十一酸的加入,有效改善了PA10I/11的冲击韧性,其中当11-氨基十一酸用量为13%时,PA10I/11的缺口冲击强度比纯PA10I提高了44.68%。动态力学性能分析(DMA)及差示扫描量热测试(DSC)的结果表明,随着11-氨基十一酸用量的增加,PA10I/11中柔顺链的相对含量随之提升,进而使聚合物的玻璃化转变温度不断下降。
The transparent copolyamide PA10I/11 was synthesized by the one-step process of melt polycondensation method based on isophthalic acid, 11-aminoundecanoic acid and decamethylene diamine. The results from the mechanics performance test indicated that the addition of the 11-aminoundecanoic improved the notch impact strength of the copolyamide PA10I/11. When the 11-aminoundecanoic acid content was 13%, the notched impact strength of the copolyamide was increased by 44.68%. The results of dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) showed that the glass transition temperature of PA10I/11 decreased with the increasing content of flexible segments, which introduced by adding 11-aminoundecanoic acid.
