摘要
为了满足生产要求,沙钢自主研发了45 t转炉自动炼钢系统。利用机理模型和统计模型相结合的方法建立了1种针对中小型转炉的通用冶金模型,利用计算机技术与数据库技术,构建了基于5层网络架构体系的自动炼钢系统。此系统使用以后,转炉各项技术指标得到改善,终点碳温双命中率提高到74.1%,喷溅发生率降低了22%,生产周期缩短了0.93 min,终渣w(TFe)降低了0.68%,吨钢氧耗降低了2.17 m^3,吨钢石灰消耗降低了1.53 kg。
To meet the requirement of production,an automatic steelmaking system for the 45 ton converter was developed in Shasteel.A new metallurgical model for the mini-medium BOF was established combining mechanism model with statistical model.The automatic steelmaking system based on five-layer network frame was established with computer technology and database technology.The main technical indexes had been improved after the system worked.The hitting rate of end-point temperature and carbon content was up to 74.1 %,the splashing incidence decreased by 22 %,the production cycle time shortened 0.93 minutes,the total Fe content in slag decreased by 0.68 %,the oxygen consumption of per ton steel was decreased by 2.17m-3,and the lime consumption of per ton steel was reduced by 1.53kg
