摘要
来华就学的国外留学生,近年来在规模、结构和层次上都有了较大的发展。但是,留学生人数的增长,对我国高校留学生的管理制度及教育体制带来了挑战。留学生来到中国,不仅面临着语言交流的困难,更要面对中外学习方式的差异,还要应付文化生活习惯的各种不适。在国际化教育的背景下,浙江大学对于如何帮助来华留学生提高自我学习能力提出了相应的策略,各学院应搭建中外学生交流的桥梁,加强留学生思想教育工作,激发留学生自我特色素质的发展,提升来华留学生对中国文化的适应性。
In recent years, overseas students of Zhejiang university have developed considerably in scale, construction and level. However, overseas students' growth brought challenges for overseas students administration and the education system in our country. Overseas students in China are faced with difficulties in language communication,difference of learning ways as well as living habit inadaptation. In the background of international education,a strategy to improve overseas students' self-learning abilities is raised in Zhejiang university. Based on this strategy,colleges can build communication bridge,strengthen ideological education of overseas students,motivate self characteristic quality of overseas students,and enhance culture adaptation of overseas students.
