全媒体语境下青少年思想引领工作研究

Study on Work of Guilding Youths' Ideology Under the Omnimedia Context

当前,互联网和移动通信等新媒体技术飞速发展,并与传统媒体在竞争中逐渐实现了深度融合,形成了前所未有的全媒体语境。作为目前国内规模最大的上网人群,青少年受到全媒体语境的影响愈加深入。共青团肩负青少年思想引领工作的重要职责,也在一定程度上受到了全媒体语境的影响。在"互联网+"时代,共青团要主动作为、认清形势,厘清全媒体语境对青少年思想引领工作的影响,抢抓机遇、开拓创新,牢牢把握全媒体语境为青少年思想引领工作提供的新动力,打造团属全媒体平台,提高内容质量,创新团建模式,把握舆情信息,发动社会组织,借助传统媒体和新媒体的优势互补,有效扩大青少年思想引领工作的实效性和覆盖面,在全媒体语境下发出"青少年好声音"。

Currently,internet,mobile communications and other new media technologies are developing rapidly,and are gradually realizing in-depth integration with traditional media during competition,bringing about an unprecedented omnimedia environment. As the biggest internet user group, the youth are suffering increasingly greater impact of omnimedia context. The Communist Youth League（ CYL） shoulders the important responsibilities of leading youths＇ ideological work and is also affected by omnimedia context to some extent. In the ＂Internet ＋ ＂era,the CYL should take the initiative,recognize the current situation and eliminate impact of the omnimedia context on youths＇ ideological work. It should also seize the opportunity to make innovation,grasp the new incentives to youths＇ ideological work brought by the omnimedia context,improve content quality, and make innovations on the CYL development mode by creating an omni-media platform owned by the CYL. Therefore,it can grasp the public opinions,motivate social organizations and make use of the advantages of both traditional media and new media to effectively expand the effectiveness and coverage of work of guilding youths＇ ideology and utter youths＇ good voice under the omnimedia context.
