摘要
针对宁波市青少年校外教育阵地建设中"总量不足、分布不均、效率不高"的现状,结合宁波市青少年社区联谊会的构建实践,形成了青少年校外教育"软阵地"建设概念。所谓青少年校外教育"软阵地",是指以青少年成长需求为中心,通过对社会各种固态资源的有效整合利用,形成的组织灵活、运行高效的青少年校外教育平台。"软阵地"按其运行的性质分为组织性、主题性、流动性和虚拟性几种类型。在创建中应坚持社会化、公益化、系统化、自主化和专业化的构建策略。
This paper points out that the status quo of position construction of the youth afterschool education in Ningbo City is insufficient in total amount, unevenly distributed and inefficient. Combining with the practice of youth community association in Ningbo City,the study puts forward the concept of soft position construction of youth after-school education. The soft position construction of youth after-school education is a flexible and efficient youth after-school platform that making youths' growing needs as core,effectively integrating and utilizing all kinds of solid state resources. According to the nature of the operation,soft position can be divided into several types,such as organizational position,thematic position,liquidity position and virtual position, etc. Its construction strategies should be social, public beneficial, systematic,independent and specialized.
