摘要
为了提高配电网信息利用的健壮性,提出了利用冗余提高配电自动化系统的容错能力的思想。指出采取多重化采集与存储和"三取二"原则,能够有效提高开关状态观测的准确性和诸如继电保护整定值等重要参数的可靠性。利用数据采集的冗余性并采用贝叶斯方法,可以有效提高配电网相间短路故障定位、单相接地定位和95598电话报修故障研判等的容错性。
To improve the robustness of distribution network information,the idea of improving the fault-tolerant capability of distribution automation systems(DAS) by utilizing the data redundancy is proposed. It is pointed out that multiple acquisition and storage combined with two-in-three principle is an effective method to improve the correctness of switch state detection and the reliability of important parameter,such as setting value of relay protection. Utilizing the data redundancy and employing the Bayesian approach,the robustness of interphase short circuit fault location,single phase to ground fault location and fault analysis in Trouble Call System(TCS) may be remarkably improved.
