摘要
近几年海南接入10k V配电网的各类专用用户数量增长迅速,且出现用户专线占用变电站间隔比例高而负荷率低、用户专线设备利用率不足而公用网资源紧张等问题。为协调该发展问题,文章结合现状情况研究合适的用户用电指标及供电接入方案,对现有专用线路接线提出优化方案,选择5个典型区块进行优化并分析成效,最后对下一步工作提出了建议。
In recent years,the number of dedicated power consumers grows rapidly in Hainan 10 k V power grid. And it faces problems of high ratio of occupied substation interval with low load rate,and insufficient utilization rate of dedicated equpment but resource tension in public network. In order to coordinate the development of 10 k V public power grid and dedicated power consumers,combining with the actual condition in Hainan,appropriate power index of dedicated power consumers and the power supply integration scheme are studied. An optimization program for existing 10 k V transmission lines of dedicated power consumers are proposed and appied to five typical areas in Hainan. Based on the results of the analysis,suggestions on the next step of work is put forward.
