一种制杯机多功能自动包装机组的开发

摘要 研究开发一种制杯机多功能自动包装机组,能满足不同形状、规格塑料容器生产需要,具有自动模内取料、抽检、叠堆、传送及包装套袋等一体化功能,避免人体与杯件接触,使得产品卫生可靠。机组机架设计的滑行轨道和机组升降驱动装置可根据实际需要灵活调整机组的工作位置。模内取料装置设计可安全、快捷地自动伸入制杯机的模腔取料。接料叠堆装置设计的两个接料单元完成整排塑料容器的叠堆。卸料装置体积小、结构紧凑,满足了机组的体积空间要求。传送装置设计的限位槽可确保叠堆成条的塑料容器在传送过程中不会因滚动而歪倒及散乱,并且可根据容器的宽度要求调整限位杆的间距,操作方便,灵活性高。机械手移送装置设计用于容易歪倒散乱的成条杯料的移送。自动套袋装置设计可自动对成条杯料进行套袋封装。同时设计了三维接料抽检工作装置,可按需对制杯机出模后的杯料定量或随时抽检。 Research and development of a multifunctional automatic packaging unit for making cup machine It can meet the productionneeds of plastic containers with different shapes and sizes, with automatic mold unloading, sampling and stacking, transport andpackaging bag integration function, to avoid contact with the human body and the cup, making the product sanitary and reliable. Two material receiving unitsdesigned for the design of the material receiving stack device to complete the stack of the whole row of plastic containers. The unloadingdevice has the advantages of small size and compact structure, which meets the requirement of volume space of the unit. Transmissiondevice design of the limit groove can ensure that stack heap into a plastic container in the transmission process not by rolling and slantingto pour and scattered and according to the width of the container requirements to adjust the limit rod spacing, and the operation isconvenient, the flexibility is high. Mechanical hand transfer device designed for easy slanting down scattered into a cup of materialtransfer. Automatic bagging device design can be automatically packaged into a cup. At the same time, the design of three-dimensionalsampling equipment, can be required to make the cup machine out of the cup after the quantitative or sampling at any time.
