摘要
针对违反卡盘扳手安全文明生产操作要求造成的加工事故,设计了车床安全生产装置。包括开关电源、接近开关、中间继电器等元器件,由此组成一条弱电控制回路,以控制车床主轴电动机的启停。能从根本上杜绝违反卡盘扳手安全生产造成的加工事故,以确保操作人员的人身安全。
According to the accident caused by violating chuck handle safety production, safety production device for the lathe was designed. The device comprised a switching power supply, a proximity switch, an intermediate relay ete, thus constituted a weak current control circuit, in order to control the start and stop of the spindle motor of the lathe. This device can prevent the accident caused by violating chuck handle safety production fundamentally, to ensure the safety of the trainees.
