摘要 煤矿井下液压支架电液控制系统供电电源经常会出现交流输入不稳定、输出电压电流异常以及内部器件温度过高等情况,对于此提出了一种煤矿井下液压支架电液控制系统供电电源的监控系统。系统实现了对电源的交流输入、本安输出以及内部功率器件温度的实时监控,并由上位机对相应的监控数据进行显示、存储;当被监控电源出现故障时,能够及时进行预警及控制,为液压支架电液控制系统的安全运行提供了多一层保证。 The problems of AC input unstable, output voltage or current anomaly, internal device temperature overload are always generated in the power source of the electro-hydraulic control system for hydraulic support,therefore design a system to monitor the power source of the electro-hydraulic control system for hydraulic support is very necessary. The system can realizes real-time monitoring for the power source's AC input,intrinsic safety output,and internal device temperature and shall be conducted by the PC to display and storage the monitoring data. When a fault occurs,the system is also to carry out the early warning and timely control. In conclusion the system provides more assurance for the safe operation of the electro-hydraulic control system for hydraulic support.
