摘要
应用可编程控制器(PLC)取代了传统摇臂钻床中的电气控制系统,结合具体的梯形图,对系统的输入和输出进行了分析。将PLC应用于工业领域,不仅提高了摇臂钻床电气控制系统的可靠性和抗干扰能力,便于维护和维修,使用效果良好。
This study used programmable controller（PLC） to replace the traditional radial drilling machine of the electric control system,combined with the specific ladder diagram,analyzed the system input and output. PLC was applied to industry,not only improving the radial drilling machine electric control system reliability and anti-interference ability,easy to maintain and repair,and effect is good.
