摘要 我国矿产资源丰富,但矿资源的开采难度较大,且工程量较大,需要用到很多大型机器设备。传统的矿山机电设备存在较多管理问题,机电设备管理难度和维护难度也较大。利用远程监控技术,能够为开采工作提供便利,借助先进的现代控制技术,实现机电设备高效运行效率,达到有效管理的目的。矿山机电设备远程控制主要采用GIS技术、PLC技术、物联网远程控制技术,对机电设备的使用情况和具体位置,进行实时监测控制,减小安全事故的发生率,提高矿山企业的经济效益。 China is rich in mineral resources,but the mining of mineral resources is difficult,and the quantity is bigger,need to use a lot of large machinery and equipment. Traditional mine mechanical and electrical equipments have more management problems,mechanical and electrical equipment management and maintenance difficulty is also bigger. Using remote monitoring technology can provide convenience for mining work,with the aid of modern control technology,realize high efficiency of electromechanical equipment to achieve the goal of effective management. Mine mechanical and electrical equipment remote control system mainly uses the GIS technology,PLC technology and the internet of things the remote control technology,to real-time monitor and control the mechanical and electrical equipment using situation and specific location,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,improve the economic benefits of mining enterprises.
