摘要
目的:比较不同干燥方法对虎杖有效成分含量的影响,为虎杖的产地初加工提供科学依据。方法:将采挖的鲜虎杖随机分组,分别采用晒干、阴干、50℃低温干燥、高温杀青干燥、真空冷冻干燥方法进行干燥,以HPLC法测定虎杖中虎杖苷、白藜芦醇、大黄素-8-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷、大黄素、大黄素甲醚的含量为评价指标,比较5种方法处理的虎杖药材质量优劣。结果:不同干燥处理方法后有效成分含量差异较大,其中晒干处理使有效成分损失最多,低温干燥、冷冻干燥、自然阴干有利于虎杖有效成分的保留。结论:从经济成本和成分保留及实用性综合分析,阴干更宜于虎杖的干燥处理。
Objective: To provide a scientific basis for the original processing of Huzhang by comparing effect of different drying methods on active components content. Method: The fresh medicinal material was divided into 5 groups randomly and treated using the methods of drying methods including natural drying in the sun, natural drying in the shade, oven 50℃ low- temperature drying, high-temperature drying under 105 ℃, and vacuum freeze-drying. The contents of polydatin, resveratrol, emodin-8-O-glucoside, emodin and physcion were used as examine indicators to compared the effect of different methods. Result: Significant differences were found among components contents after treated with different drying methods. The drying in the sun caused the most loss of active ingredients. However, low-temperature drying, freeze-drying and drying in the shade were beneficial for the active components reservation. Conclusion: Comprehensively considering cost, remained active components and practicability, the method of drying in the shade is suggested to be adopted for Huzhang processing.
