摘要
目的:研究不同产地灯盏细辛药材中野黄芩苷含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱Diamonsil C_(18)(250×4.6mm),流动相:乙腈-水-磷酸(18∶82∶0.2),流速:1m L.min^(-1),检测波长:282 nm,柱温:40℃。结果:在选定色谱条件下,野黄芩苷分离度良好,线性范围为0.1812μg^2.8997μg,不同产地灯盏细辛药材中野黄芩苷含量差异较大,云南双柏县药材野黄芩苷含量最高。结论:不同产地灯盏细辛含量差异大。
Objective: To determine the content of scutellarin in Dengzhanxixin from different habitats. Method: HPLC was adopted to determine the content of scutellarin. The mobile phase was as following: acetonitrile: water: phosphoric acid (18:82:0.2 V/ V). The flow rate was 1 mL. min^-1 at 40 ℃. The UV detection wavelength was 282nm. Result: Under the selected chromatography condition, the scutellarin was observed in a good separation and was good linear in the range of 0.1812 μg -2.8997 μg. The content of scutellarin in Dengzhanxixin from different habitats was different. And the content of scutellarin was highest in Dengzhanxixin from Shuangbai County, Yunnan Province. Conclusion: The content is different of Dengzhanxixin from differentthe habitats.
