中药治疗类风湿性关节炎的实验研究进展

Experimental research progress of Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的:综述传统中药在防治类风湿性关节炎方面的实验研究进展。方法:依据近年来国内外文献,进行整理,分析,归纳,总结。结果:治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药有单味药、复方药、针刺等,在实验中均可影响相关分子,达到治疗类风湿性关节炎的目的。结论:中药可通过多种形式、多靶点在分子和细胞水平中影响类风湿性关节炎的发生,发展及转归,从而达到治疗的目的。

Objective： The experimental research of Traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis were reviewed. Method： Recent literatures were collated, analyzed and summarized. Result： Traditional Chinese medicine can be used in single, compound Chinese medicine and acupuncture to treat rheumatoid arthritis by influencing experimental related molecules. Conclusion： Chinese traditional medicine can influence all development phases of rheumatoid arthritis at the molecular and cellular levels through a variety of forms and multiple targets, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment.
