胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤肝转移的治疗进展

摘要 胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤（pancreatic neuroendocrine tumor,PNET）是一类少见的胰腺原发性肿瘤,占所有胰腺肿瘤的1%~2%^（[1-2]）。随着高分辨率影像技术的应用普及,PNET的检出率逐年升高。PNET可分为功能性及无功能性,功能性PNET（如胰岛素瘤、胃泌素瘤等）主要表现为激素过度分泌所致症状,而无功能性PNET早期缺乏典型的临床表现,
