基于脑地形图矢量夹角法的脑卒中研究 被引量:1

摘要 脑电是卒中康复研究中比较有效的手段之一,也是卒中康复研究中的热点.在视觉刺激运动想象心理旋转认知任务的基础上,采集正常对照组和卒中患者组的脑电数据,利用脑地形图矢量夹角的方法对两组数据进行分类,并分析卒中病灶对运动想象神经机制的影响.实验结果表明,在反应执行阶段,正常对照组和卒中患者组的分类效果最好,并在反应执行阶段表现为健侧半球主导. EEG is an effective tool in the research of stroke rehabilitation, which also is a hot topic in this field. The EEG data both of the control and stroke group was collected from the motor imagery cognitive task with visual stimulation, then it was classified into the control and stroke group by the method of vector angle of brain topography. The paper also revealed the impact of stroke on the cognition of motor imagery. The result of the experiment shows that the classification of the control and stroke group is the best in the decision-reaction stage, and the performance of the decisionreaction stage is the dominant in the healthy side.
