摘要
在MVR系统设计中料液的沸点升高作为一项关键数据来进行操作。沸点升高直接关系着各效的料液质量浓度的分配及蒸发器换热面积的计算。对含盐有机废水蒸发过程中沸点升高及在不同的蒸发温度下浓缩相同倍数时沸点升高的变化情况进行了研究。结果表明随着蒸发倍数的增加料液的沸点升高逐渐增加,而且随着系统蒸发温度的升高溶液的沸点升高也在逐渐增加。
Feed liquid boiling point elevation in the MVR system design is a key datum. The boiling point elevation is directly related to calculation of the solid/liquid concentration distribution and evaporator heat transfer area. In this paper, boiling point elevation during evaporation of salt-containing organic wastewater was studied as well as the change of boiling point elevation at different evaporating temperature under the same concentration multiple. The results show that, the boiling point elevation of the liquid feed evaporation increases with gradual increasing of the multiple; and the boiling point elevation also increases with increasing of the evaporating temperature.
