摘要
由于管道每个缺陷处所需的保护电流密度是不同的,所以单纯依靠对各个阴保桩的保护电位进行监测来判断管道的阴极保护效果是不可靠的,阴保桩处的电位无法确切的反应管道全线的阴保情况;而且使用普通的仪器对电位进行测量不能消除土壤IR降带来的影响,无法得到准确的管道处电位。利用CIPS检测技术,开展庆哈输油管道全线的阴极保护测试,对测试的电位数据进行分析,提出合理的建议,以确定管道每一处的断电电位达到有效保护电位的范围之内,对管道的安全运行具有重要意义。
Since each pipeline defect location needed protection current density is different, only relying on monitoring the protection potential of various cathodic protection piles to determine pipeline cathodic protection effect is not reliable, the potential of cathodic protection pile cannot exactly reflect cathodic protection situation of whole pipeline. And use of ordinary instruments to measure the potential cannot eliminate the impact of soil IR drop, cannot get accurate pipeline potential. By CIPS detection technology, Qingha pipeline cathode protection test was carried out, test data were analyzed, reasonable suggestions were put forward.
