摘要
作为一项有效提高采收率的手段,CO_2驱已经在国内部分油田增产工作中发挥了巨大的作用。随着CO_2驱的大力度投入,暴露出了注采井结垢严重的问题。为进一步实现CO_2驱提高采收率目的,开展CO_2驱结垢趋势研究,以D油田H1井为例,开展CO_2驱结垢趋势研究。分析了H1井的主控结垢因素,在此基础上模拟并分析研究了不同的热力学影响因素(pH值,温度,压力)对于H1井的结垢趋势影响效果。开展H1井的岩心溶出规律研究实验,针对H1井实现CO_2驱结垢趋势研究,确定H1井的结垢趋势温度及压力范围,对D油田的CO_2驱结垢趋势及防垢工作实现指导作用。
CO2 flooding as an effective method of EOR has played an important role in production of some native oilfields. With enlarged investment of CO2 flooding, the problem of scaling has been exposed. In this paper, research of CO2 flooding scaling trend of production-well H1 in D oilfleld was carried out. Main scaling factors of production-well H1 were analyzed, and effect of pH, temperature and pressure on the scaling trend was investigated. The dissolution law experiment of production-well H1 drill core was carried out. Finally, the scaling temperature and pressure range of production-well H1 were determined.
