摘要
目前,辽河油田欢127区已经处于高含水、高采出程度、低产、低压的开发阶段,继续进行注气开采时,汽窜现象成为极为普遍且亟待解决的问题。但由于油井受注汽不同步和地面条件限制等因素的影响,化学封窜技术成为解决汽窜问题的主要办法。化学封窜剂能够封堵高渗透区域,让注入流体转向注入中低渗透层,从而提高油藏动用程度。为此,针对化学封窜剂的性能及应用进行研究,通过现场数据与室内实验的结合,优选化学封窜剂并提高其耐温性及抗盐性,最终对封堵性能进行相关计算及评价。以上研究对于化学封窜剂的优选,进一步提高油田采收率具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。
At present, Huan 127 district of Liaohe oilfield is in high water cut, high recovery degree, low yield and low pressure development phase. During continued production of gas injection, the steam channeling phenomenon becomes extremely common and serious. Because of asynchronous steam injection and ground conditions, the chemical sealing technology becomes the main way to solve the problem of steam channeling. The chemical sealing agent is able to block the high permeability zone to make injecting fluid enter to low permeable formation, which improves reservoir producing extent. In this paper, performance and application of the chemical channeling sealing agent were studied. Based on on-site data and experiment data, the channeling sealing agent was optimized, and its temperature tolerance and salt resistance were improved. Finally, the sealing effect was calculated and evaluated.
