中国高新技术产业效率研究——基于PCA和三阶段DEA模型的实证分析

Research on efficiency of high-tech industry in China——based on principal components analysis and three-stage DEA

针对高新技术产业效率评价问题,在现有文献的基础上构建了改进的高新技术产业效率评价指标体系。针对指标体系之间存在信息重叠的问题,提出了PCA三阶段DEA模型,并对2012年中国28个省份的高新技术产业效率进行了实证分析。实证研究表明:中国各省份高新技术产业效率整体表现不容乐观;在区域上呈现从东南沿海到内陆地区逐渐递减的态势。

In view of the high-tech industry efficiency evaluation,a new indicator system has been built on the basis of the existing literature.Aiming at the problem of information overlaps between these indicators,a PCA-three stage DEA model is put forward,and efficiencies of high-tech industry in 28 provinces of China are evaluated.The results show that the high-tech industry in China has poor performance,and the efficiency decreases from coastal areas to inland.
