A comparative study of science and technology entrepreneurial environment of Heilongjiang province in the era of big data

摘要 针对科技创业环境问题,在分析了大数据黑龙江省科技创业环境现状的前提下,采用ELECTRE-Ⅲ排序简化法,对比分析了中国部分省份的科技创业环境,明确了黑龙江省科技创业环境的相对状况,提出拓宽融资渠道、加强科技成果转化、完善省级数据库建设等提升黑龙江省科技创业环境的建议。 In view of science and technology entrepreneurial environment,using ELECTRE-III sequencing method,the science and technology entrepreneurial environments of some provinces in China are analyzed with a clear idea about the relative status of the environment in Heilongjiang province.On the basis of that,the corresponding suggestions are put forward to improve the technology entrepreneurial environment of Heilongjiang province.
