新常态下煤炭产业转型问题研究

Study on the transformation of the coal industry under the new normal

针对煤炭产业转型问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了煤炭产业发展面临的资源短缺,价格下降,产能过剩等问题。分析了中国煤炭行业赫尔芬达尔-赫希曼(HHI)指数,并从总资产周转率,资产负债率等角度指出煤炭产业整体收益下降的趋势。提出降低对煤炭资源依存度、提升煤炭产业总体集中度、改进煤炭工艺,提高资源利用率等措施推进新常态下煤炭产业转型。

In view of the transformation problem of coal industry,adopting the method of inductive analysis,the development problems of the coal industry are analyzed,such as the shortage of resources,falling prices,excess capacity and so on.The Herfindahl-Hirschman Index（HHI） in China＇s coal industry is analyzed and it is pointed out that the trend of the coal industry as a whole gains decline from the total assets turnover,asset-liability ratio and so on.Countermeasures are put forward to reduce the dependence of coal resources,to improve the concentration of coal industry,to improve coal technology,improve resource utilization and etc,in order to promote the problem of coal industry under the new normal.
