黑龙江省文化产业产学研协同创新体系构建

Construction of university-industry collaborative innovation system of cultural industries of Heilongjiang Province

针对黑龙江省文化产业的发展问题,采用文献法,分析了黑龙江省文化产业发展现状及制约文化产业产学研协同创新的主要因素,提出构建文化产业产学研协同创新体系框架模型,根据优势互补的原则确定产、学、研三者之间的互动关系和协同创新体系的运作流程。研究结果为黑龙江省文化产业发展提供参考。

In view of the development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province, the literature research method is used to analyze the present situation of the development of cultural industry in Heilongjiang Province and the main factors restricting the university-industry collaborative innovation of culture industry. It is put forward to establish the model of university-industry collaborative innovation system, and based on the principle of complementary advantages to clear the interactive relationship between universities and research institutions with cultural industry and to make sure the operation process of collaborative innovation system. The results can provide a reference for the development of cultural industries in Heilongjiang Province.
