针对中国新型城镇化低碳发展问题,以黑龙江省为例,采用实地调研方法,从城镇人口、环境和城镇经济发展等方面分析了黑龙江省新型城镇化发展现状;从能源利用效率、能源消费、碳排放等方面分析了黑龙江省低碳经济发展状况,提出优化能源消费结构、优化高碳粗放的产业结构等建议。为中国新型城镇化低碳发展提供参考。

The current situation of new urbanization development in Heilongjiang province is analyzed based on the informative data ranging from urbanization＇s population, environment and urbanization＇s economy development.The current situation of low-carbon economy development in Heilongjiang province is also analyzed based on the data from the aspect of energy utilization efficiency, energy consumption and carbon emission, etc. Advices are put forward to optimize energy consumption structure, and optimize the industrial structure of high carbon extensive, in order to provide a reference for China＇s new low-carbon development of urbanization.
