摘要
针对阜新市城市居民就业问题,从影响城市居民就业因素出发,通过调查问卷的方式搜集数据,并基于因子分析建立了影响阜新市城市居民就业的logistic分析模型。模型检验结果表明:地区和工作环境对就业选择影响显著;个人特征变量中的学历能力与就业呈正向相关关系;就业渠道对就业也起着重要的推动作用。提出了改善工作环境,增强员工满意度;缩小地区差异化;加强职业技能培训,提高劳动者素质;转变就业观念,引进多种所有制经济;拓宽多种就业渠道,增加就业机会等建议。
Data are collected through the way of questionnaire on the factors affecting the urban employment in Fuxin and a logistic analysis model is established based on the factor analysis. Model test results show that regional and working environment have significant influence on employment choice,education and employment ability have a positive correlation and the employment channels also play an important role in promoting employment. Suggestions are put forward, such as to improve the working environment; to enhance employee's satisfaction; to reduce the regional differences; to strengthen the professional skill training; to improve the quality of workers; to change the concept of employment; to introduce a variety of ownership economy; to broaden the employment channels and increase employment opportunities.
