国内成品油价格的影响因素及风险规避

The influential factors and the strategies for avoiding risks of the price of domestic product oil

针对成品油价格波动问题,采用归纳分析的方法,分析了中国现行成品油定价机制下成品油的价格与国际石油价格、国家宏观调控以及石油企业自身的关系。建议从提高成品油率的技术手段、增强国际石油价格的议价权、增强国内成品油市场的竞争力、增加石油储备等方面规避成品油价格波动风险,研究结果为中国石油企业规避价格风险提供参考。

Focusing on the issue of the fluctuation of the price of product oil by using inductive analysis method, this essay elaborates on the relation of the prices of domestic product oil and international oil, and domestic macroeconomic control and oil companies themselves under the circumstance of present pricing mechanism of Chinese product oil. It has proposed suggestions to advance the strategies for improving product oil rate, enhance the bargaining power of international fossil price, strengthen the competitive power of domestic product oil market, enlarge petroleum reserve and other methods that could avoid the risk of the fluctuation of the price of product oil. The analysis result can provide Chinese oil companies with reference to avoid pricing risk.
