长三角城市群副中心科技创新能力分析——以合肥市为例

Analysis of technological innovation ability of the Yangtze River Delta agglomeration deputy center ——taking Hefei city as an example

针对科技创新问题,采用统计分析的方法,分析了长三角城市群副中心合肥市的科技创新情况,具有科技投入不断提高,高新技术产业发展迅速,技术市场活动活跃等优势,也存在自主创新积极性较差,协同性弱等不足。提出科技创新东向发展,与长三角地区等高对接,加大科技创新投入,建立多元化的投入体系等建议,有利于进一步加快合肥市科技创新能力提升。

For scientific and technological innovation, using statistical analysis, the scientific and technological innovation about Hefei city, Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration deputy center, is analyzed. The results show, with the scientific and technological continuous input, high-tech industry development rapidly, technology market activity and other advantages, there still are some problems of poor initiative of independent innovation, and weak cooperation and so on. Suggestions are put forward on scientific and technological innovation, such as to develop eastward, to butt joint the Yangtze River Delta region, and to establish a diversified investment system, which is conducive to further accelerate the technological innovation ability of Hefei city.
