基于双因素理论的馆藏图书文献选择方法研究

Research on the Collection Literature Selection Method Based on Two-factor Theory

随着图书文献资料正指数增长,图书馆在资源约束下只能有选择地保存部分图书。针对馆藏图书文献选择的可靠性与科学化问题,提出基于双因素理论的馆藏图书文献选择方法。在分析馆藏图书选择的必要性基础上,给出馆藏图书的选择过程和关键步骤;并采用管理学中的"双因素理论",提出一种新的科学化馆藏图书文献选择方法。根据保健因素与激励因素分析,从主题内容、学术内容、作者与出版商等方面,分析了图书馆满足读者基本需求与进一步要求的图书文献选择。

With the increasing of literature data, library can only choose to keep some books under the resource constraints. In view of the problems about the reliability and scientificity of library collection and literatm＇e selection, a selection method based on two-factor theory was proposed. On the basis of analyzing the necessity of library collection selection, the selection process and key steps of library collection were given. Moreover, the two-factor theory in management science was used to propose a new method for the scientific collection of library hooks. According to the analysis of health factors and incentive factors, form the content and subject, the academic content and the author and publisher, the library literature selection to meet the basic needs and requirements of readers were analyzed.
