摘要
针对当前图书馆开展就业服务中存在信息不对称问题,建立一个规范有序的平台,引导图书馆更好地开展就业服务,提高服务质量。借助测评系统工具探讨图书馆开展就业服务平台的优势和意义,并构建图书馆就业服务平台结构框架,阐述平台提供的功能以及平台管理建设。应用测评系统开展图书馆就业服务能够帮助图书馆明确大学生就业需求、准确推送图书馆资源、进行职业规划、更好地开展个性化就业服务提供参考。
This paper established a standardized platform for the existing issues of information asymmetry in current libraries, and guided the libraries to carry out the employment service and improve service quality better, and discussed the advantages and significance of carrying out library employment service platform with the aid of the evaluation system tools, and then constructed the library employment service platform and introduced the platform function, construction and management. The application of evaluation system in library employment service can provide reference for comprehending university student's employment demands, and accurately pushing the library resource and carrying on the occupation plan and personalized employment service.
