摘要
为简化集成无线传感器节点光电微能源系统的设计和提高能量转换、存储效率,提出混合能量存储技术在光电微能源系统设计中的应用。混合能量存储器由电容器和锂离子电池组成。其能量存储原理负载特性被分析。另外,开展实验研究,结果表明,与直接能量存储方式相比,利用混合能量存储技术能量存储量提高27%。并且,微能源的负载特性也得到改善,实验结果与理论结果一致。
In the design of the photoelectric micro-power supply integrated with wireless sensor nodes,the hybridenergy storage technology was adopted to simplify the system design and to improve the performance of the energyconversion and storage for photoelectric micro-power supply which consists of the lithium ion battery and the supercapacitor. This paper introduced the principle of solar energy conversion and storage in the hybrid energy storagetechnology,and analyzed the load characteristics of hybrid energy storage technology. In addition,the characteris-tics of the hybrid energy storage were studied by experiment,which showed that the storage energy of photovoltaiccell output power was increased by roughly 27% by using hybrid energy storage method instead of useing the directenergy storage method,and the load characteristics of the photovoltaic micro-power supply was also improved. Theexperimental results were consistent with the theory analysis conclusion.
