摘要
结合煤的格金低温干馏试验的基本原理及实际操作经验,从试验前后样品的称量、装样、干馏炉温度、水槽温度、干馏总水分的测定以及焦型判断等方面探讨了煤的格金低温干馏试验的影响因素,并提出了应严格控制干馏炉温度、水槽温度及蒸馏速度,注重试验后锥形瓶及干馏管的称量等相应预防措施。
In this paper,combining with the basic principles of the Gray-King assay and practical experience in operating,influencing factors in the Gray-King assay were analyzed from aspects such as sample weighing before and after experiment,sample loading,destructive distillation furnace temperature,water channel temperature,the total moisture of destructive distillation and the coke type judgement,meanwhile,some precautions like controlling the destructive distillation furnace temperature,water channel temperature and rate of distillation strictly,paying attention to weighing of conical flask and destructive distillation tube after the experiments were also proposed.
