摘要
针对大武口洗煤厂生产系统存在的问题,对入洗原煤中粒度小于1 mm部分进行性质及可选性分析,根据其可选性进行粗煤泥分选设备的实验室模拟研究,并探讨了干扰床最佳流速的分选效果。研究结果表明:对1mm^-0.5 mm粒级的粗煤泥,采用12.5LPM的流速可取得非常好的分选效果;在保证精煤灰分≤11.50%时,其精煤产率高可达73.14%。
Regarding to the existing problems in production system of Dawukou coal preparation plant,the quality and wash ability analysis of raw coal for washing whose size was under 1mm was done,and according to its wash ability,the simulating research on coarse slime cleaning equipment was done,and the cleaning effect of optimal flow rate of interfering bed was discussed.The research results showed that:for the coarse slime in size of 1 mm-—0.5 mm,adopting flow rate of 12.5LPM could let us obtain the excellent cleaning effects;when we ensuring that the clean coal ash content was equal to or less than11.5%,the clean coal yield could reach 73.14%.
