摘要
本文主要介绍了Ku频段120 W脉冲波行波管的研制情况。研制出的Ku频段120 W空间行波管在指定的两个频带内输出功率大于125 W,效率大于61%,个别频率点效率达到63%,非线性相移低于50°。
This paper introduces the research progress of a 120 W Ku-band TWT developed by Beijing Vacuum Electronics Research Institute. In two appointed frequency band, the output power of the tube is above 125 W; the total efficiency is overall above 61% and at some frequency points it can reach 63%; the nonlinear phase shift is below 50°.
