摘要
K波段大功率连续波行波管是星地电子对抗的关键器件,本文论述了其设计及研制情况。此行波管达到的技术指标为:工作频率为K波段,输出功率>200 W,带宽>1GHz,效率>40%,增益>40dB,输入输出VSWR<2。K波段大功率连续波行波管的研制成功填补了国内技术空白。
K-band high power continuous-wave travelling wave tubes (TWTs) are key components in ground-satellite electronic countermeasure (ECM) systems. The research and the development of a high efficiency K band TWT are described in this paper. The continuous-waoe(CW) output power of the TWT is more than 200 W, the efficiency is more than 40%, the gain is more than 40 dB, the bandwidth is more than 1 GHz, while the input & output VSWRs are less than 2. The development of K band high power CW traveling wave tube fills the gap in the domestic technology.
