摘要
通过运用计算流体力学(CFD)三维数值模拟的方法对比研究了不同扭距的标准椭圆截面扭曲换热管内流动特性,分析了相同设计参数下,不同扭距扭曲管对换热性能的影响。结果表明:以单位压力损失下的传热系数(α=K/(ΔP/L))大小作为衡量换热管内性能的标准,扭距为8至9倍长轴当量直径时,在相同入口流速和出口压力条件下,使得换热器换热管内综合性能达到最优。这对扭曲管换热器工程应用的优化设计和科学研究提供了参考依据。
This paper compares and studies the flow characteristics of the standard elliptic section on the twisted tube heat exchanger with different torques by using three-dimensional numerical simulation method of Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD).It analyzes the effects oftwisted tube with different torques on the performance of heat exchanger with the same design parameters.The results show that the optimal performance of heat exchange tube with 9times the equivalent(long axis)diameter of torque can be achieved if the heat transfer coefficient(α=K/(ΔP/L))of pressure loss per unit is taken as the criterion under the condition of the same inlet velocity and outlet pressure.This provides some reference for the optimization design and scientific research of heat exchanger with twisted tubes in engineering application.
