摘要
对传统老式加热器"水击"产生原因及危害进行了分析,阐述了第一代无"水击"节能加热器的工作原理、结构、工程应用以及使用中存在的问题和不足。同时详细论述新型全对接无"水击"节能油罐加热器的独特优势。理论分析及实际应用表明:无"水击"加热器与传统老式加热器相比,在运行中消除了"水击"现象,具有加热效果好、加热速度快、蒸汽耗量少等优点,节能效果明显;而新型全对接无"水击"加热器解决了第一代无"水击"加热器存在的制作质量瓶颈问题,更加经久耐用,并已得到广泛应用。新型全对接无"水击"加热器是储罐加热设施的发展方向。
Through analyzing the causes and hazards of water hammer produced by traditional old heater,this paper describes the working principles,structure and engineering application of the first generation water-hammerless energy-saving heater as well as the existing problems and shortcomings during its application.Meanwhile,it expatiates on the unique advantages of the new all butt joints water-hammerless energy-efficient tank heater.Theoretical analysis and practical application show that:compared with traditional heater,the water-hammerless tank heater eliminates the water hammer phenomenon in operation,featuring better heating effect,higher heating speed,less steam consumption,and more obvious energy-saving effect;and the new all butt joints waterhammerless energy-efficient tank heater solves the bottleneck problem of production quality which exists in the first generation water-hammerless heater,being more durable and widely used.Therefore,the new all butt joints water-hammerless heater represents the development direction of tank heating facilities.
