多相流动状态下不同管材对CO_2腐蚀的影响

摘要 应用自制实验装置,模拟起伏管路段塞流动条件下各种管材CO_2腐蚀问题,通过电子显微镜、腐蚀挂片等对挂片表面形貌、腐蚀速率情况进行分析,研究了多相流动状态下不同管材对CO_2腐蚀速率的影响,结果表明:304不锈钢抗均匀腐蚀性明显高出A333、X65、X70材质;在较宽的腐蚀工况范围内,304不锈钢的抗均匀腐蚀性能变化不大;A333、X65、X70材质随腐蚀工况的变化,腐蚀速率出现较大的波动;A333、X65、X70材质之间的均匀腐蚀速率相差不大。 Homemade experimental apparatus is adopted to simulate the CO_2 corrosion of all kinds of steels at plug flow.The effects of different steels on CO_2 corrosion are studied by analyzing the coupon surface morphology,corrosion rate through electronic microscope and corrosion coupon.The results show that the resistance to uniform corrosion of 304 stainless steel is obviously higher than those of A333,X65 and X70steel;the resistance to uniform corrosion of stainless steel 304 changes little in a wide range of corrosion conditions;the corrosion rate appears larger fluctuation along with the change of corrosion conditions of A333,X65 and X70;there is a little difference in the uniform corrosion rate among the steel types of A333,X65 and X70.
