摘要 为了评价我国含分布式光伏的配电网可靠性综合水平,研究了配电网的可靠性综合评价的方法与指标体系问题。通过统计配网常用的26个可靠性指标,结合分布式光伏接入的影响,给出可靠性指标其工程统计算法。基于AHP(层次分析法)提出了含光伏的配电网可靠性评价指标体系。依据近年基层指标属于高、中、低水平的概率提出了不同的评分标准。结合同级指标的权重和评分值,利用AHP法对配电网可靠性综合指标进行计算。算例计算结果验证了所建体系的正确性和可行性。 To evaluate the comprehensive reliability of distribution network with distributed photovoltaic,the compre-hensive reliability evaluation method and index system is studied in the paper. The engineering statistical algorithm isgiven by statistical 26 reliability indexes commonly used of distribution system and analysis of the impact of distributedphotovoltaic(PV)access. A reliability evaluation index system for distribution system with PV is proposed based on ana-lytic hierarchy process(AHP). Different scoring criteria are given by statistical probability of high,medium and low lev-el for the basal indexes in recent years. The comprehensive reliability index of distribution system is calculated byAHP,using the weights and scores of indexes in the same level. The results of calculation example show that the pro-posed system is right and feasible.
