过热蒸汽吞吐水平井注采参数多因素正交试验研究 被引量:13

摘要 过热蒸汽吞吐是哈国库姆萨伊油田提高稠油采收率的经济有效方法之一,合理选取注汽参数可以提高经济效益。利用多因素正交试验方法研究了影响采出程度的主控因素,结果表明:周期注汽量、过热蒸汽温度是最主要因素,过热度、焖井时间等影响较小。利用单因素分析法研究了适合该区块的合理注汽参数,结果表明:最优周期注汽量为2 500t,过热蒸汽温度为290℃,过热度为20℃,注汽速度为150t/d,焖井时间为8d。 Superheated steam stimulation is one of the economic and effective methods for heavy oil recovery in KMK oil field,Kazakhstan.The reasonable selection of steam injection parameters can improve the economic efficiency.The main control factors influencing the degree of extraction were studied by the orthogonal test.Results show that:Cyclic steam injection volume and the superheated steam temperature are the two main factors,while the superheat and soak time effect insignificantly.By using single factor analysis method,the reasonable steam injection parameters are studied.Results show that:(1)the optimal cyclic steam injection quantity is 2 500t;(2)the superheated steam temperature is 290℃;(3)the degree of superheat is 20℃;(4)Steam injection rate is 150t/d;(5)soak time is 8days.
