摘要
针对110 k V组合电器配电装置中流变的特点,介绍运行中流变二次回路开路,详细分析故障产生的原因、发展过程,分析表明流变二次接线端子材质不符合要求及流变二次端子箱盖板设计不当是造成故障的主要原因。通过对流变二次接线端子材质的精选和流变二次端子箱盖板优化设计,从根本上杜绝了此类故障的发生。
According to rheological characteristics of distribution equipment for 110 k V combination unit,fault reason and developing process of electrical rheological secondary circuit open are described. The main reason of fault are that material of rheological secondary terminals does not meet the requirements and improper design of cover plate for the secondary terminals. Optimization design and material selection are conductd in this paper,all the problems of fault is resolved based on it.
