摘要
在分析国内外配网自动化发展过程与建设情况的基础上,总结了配网自动化系统建设模式,梳理了集中智能模式和分布智能模式的运行特点。针对我国配网自动化系统建设及运行情况,指出大部分地区在系统建设、运行及管理方面的常见问题,结合实际工作经验提出了建设"三个班组"的建议,在系统建设阶段注重规划,系统运行阶段注重维护,建立和完善管理制度和管理流程,推进配网自动化系统应用水平的提高。
In this paper,based on the analysis of the construction and development process of distribution network automation in domestic and international,the construction mode of distribution network automation system is summarized,the characteristics of the centralized and distributed intelligent modes in practicdal operations are combed. In view of the distribution network automation construction and operation in domestic,common problems of system construction,operation and management in most areas are pointed out. ＂Three team＂is proposed combined with practical work experience,the management system and process is established and improved. The application level of distribution network automation system is promoted.
