Analysis and Prevention of Abnormal Sound on No.2 Generator in Liaoning Dongfang Power Co.,Ltd.

辽宁东方发电有限公司2号发电机运行中产生异音,在低负荷时较严重,中间部位声音较大。经试验分析,判定该发电机异音是机械方面的风区挡板部分开焊、铁芯背部部分构件松动引起的。利用机组停机A级检修机会,对该发电机进行抽芯处理,异音情况消除,彻底解决了发电机运行中异音大的问题。

Liaoning Dongfang Power Plant No. 2 generator produces abnormal sound in running,lower load is more serious,especially middle part of the generator set. Through test analysis,the reason of abnormal sound is caused by mechanical aspects of the open welding in wind zone plate part and the backsides of iron core caused by the loosening of parts. Optimize the opportunities for level A repair,the malfunction which makes abnormal sound is solved. The problem of abnormal sounds is settled thoroughly.
