摘要
河北南网自动电压控制(Automatic Voltage Control,简称AVC)系统建立以来,在调节峰谷电压及节能降损等方面起到了巨大作用。但是部分机组调整效果不够理想、子站退运情况较多。结合运行现状,分析AVC子站控制参数存在的2类问题并提出解决方案。方案实施后,系统运行情况良好,电压调控效率提高。
Automatic voltage control( AVC) system of Hebei southern grid has been applied as a means for controlling voltage and reducing line loss. However,regulating effects of some generators can't meet the expect and AVC substations quit frequently. Two problems are proposed in the paper and the slove schemes are introduced. After the regulations,AVC system has better effects on adjusting reactive power and controlling voltage.
