摘要
针对烟草产品质量检测过程中原始检测数据种类多、数量大等特点,设计出原始数据的自动采集、传输和处理分析系统,使用虚拟化打印机、无线网络和移动应用等技术,实现不同操作平台之间的数据对接和数据调用,解决了检测过程中大量原始数据采集和处理的低效和准确率等问题,为烟草产品质量监督检测提供了高效、准确、稳定的基础数据源。
An automatic acquisition system was designed to solve problems in complicated data processing of tobacco product quality testing. The system integrated automatic acquisition,automatic transmission,and automatic processing analysis. It achieved data connection and transmission among different platforms with application of virtual printer,wireless networks,and mobile applications. It solved the low efficiency and accuracy issues when dealing with acquisition and analysis of abundant origin data.It provided efficient,accurate,and stable original data source for experimental analysis system.
