随着我国社会体制和市场经济进入加速转型期,城市规划与开发建设也面临着转型与创新的挑战。为了应对市场化、专业化的更高需求,"规划与工程一体化设计"这种新兴的咨询服务类型应运而生,不仅延展了传统规划体系的"广度"和"深度",更切实提高了规划设计的实施性和可操作性。本文基于对绿地长岛项目游艇通航区域的研究为例,探讨"规划与工程一体化设计"的方法及运作机制,以期为以后的城市开发和设计提供借鉴。

With the accelerated transition of social institution and market-oriented economy, urban planning and comtruction also confronts new nmsion of transfromation and innovation. Responding to narket and denand specialization, a new type of advisory service has emerged-- ＂Planning and Engineering Total Design＂ . This new methodology not only extends the ＂breadth＂ and ＂depth＂ of traditional plantfing system, but ako effectively mlproves the operability of plamling and design. Ba^sed on a project research of the yacht naviga6on area in Greenland Long Island, this paper has explored and discussed the methodology and implementation mechanism of ＂Planning and Engineering Total Design＂ . Hope to provide reference for future urban development and design.
