摘要
为了对比目前在我国应用最广泛的两类温拌剂对沥青混合料性能的影响,从温拌机理出发,对添加了乳化类温拌剂和有机类温拌剂的沥青混合料进行了不同温度下的马歇尔试验和路用性能试验,并进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:击实温降低20℃时,有机类温拌沥青混合料的车辙动稳定度有显著提高,水稳性和低温弯曲应变略有降低,其它性能指标均与热拌沥青混合料相当;击实温降低40℃时,部分指标不能满足规范要求;击实温度降低20℃和40℃时,表面活性类温拌沥青混合料比热拌沥青混合料抗水损害性能显著提高,低温性能略有提高,其它性能均能满足规范要求。
In order to compare the effect of two most widely used domestic warm - mix agents on the per- formance of asphalt mixture, asphalt added with emulsifying warm - mix agent and organic warm - mix agent were compared by Marshall test and road performance test at different temperature according to warm - mix mechanism. The results showed that when the compaction temperature decreased by 20 degrees, rutting dy- namic stability of organic warm - mix asphalt mixture significantly improved, water stability and low tempera- ture bending strain decreased slightly, and other performance indicators were the same as hot - mix asphalt mixture. When compaction temperature is reduced by 40 degrees, some indicators cannot meet specification requirements. When compaction temperature was reduced by 20 degrees and 40 degrees, the water damage re- sistance of surface active warm - mix asphalt mixture was significantly better than that of hot - mix asphalt mix- ture, low temperature performance improved slightly, and other properties can meet the specifications.
