摘要
目的:观察大黄素甲醚对大鼠抑郁模型海马ERK、c AMP、Ca MK的影响。方法:将60只SD大鼠随机分成6组:空白组、模型组、百优解组、大黄素甲醚高中低剂量组,采用CUMS大鼠抑郁模型,进行开场实验和糖水消耗实验,用ELISA法测定海马ERK、cA MP、CaM K的蛋白含量,对大鼠脑组织病理形态学的观察。结果:与模型组比较,大黄素甲醚200mg/kg能增加模型大鼠爬行格子数、站立次数及糖水消耗量,增加海马ERK、cA MP的蛋白含量,减少CaM K的蛋白含量,改善损伤的脑组织。结论:大黄素甲醚抗抑郁作用可能是通过调节与抑郁症相关的3条信号通路。
Objective: To observe the effects of physcion on hippocampal ERK,c AMP,Ca MK in depressive model of rat. Methods: The 60 SD rats were randomly divided into six groups: control group,model group,Fluoxetine group,physcion high,medium and low dose group,rat models were established by CUMS,ELISA was used to analyze the protein contents of ERK,c AMP,Ca MK,observed pathological morphology of the rat’s brain. Results: Compared with model group,physcion groups( 200 mg / kg) could increase model rats crawling grid number,number of standing and sugar water consumption,increase protein contents of ERK,c AMP,decrease protein contents of Ca MK,improved the injury of brain tissue. Conclusion: Antidepressive effects of physcion mainly is due to adjust the article 3 signaling pathways associated with depression.
